Extremely bad and unprofessional pharmacy staffs. After chasing 3 days, I finally got my medication doses boxes . They supposed to delivery it on 20th march 2024 but today 24th march 2024 i had to go and grab my medication myself. I am a disabled person in wheelchair with several health concerns. But as usual they again missed few medications. They forgot to give me GTN spray and FreeStyle Libre 2 Sensor. So without GTN spray if I get chest pain or get heart attack or anything more worse things can happen like death . This pharmacy will be liable and also without libre I cannot take keep track of my diabetes as well. They never picked up phones. Phone line Always busy. They also gave me a pack of wrong insulin this one i am not suppose to take . They also gave me right one. What a unprofessional pharmacy. Also where is my buscapan?

Couldn't get through on the phone. Was on phone for nearly an hour. Ended up going down there still on the phone and there wasn't even a phone ringing. Once inside my query was dealt with ok.

Car parks way too small for the surgery to operate. Also paling machine for obtaining a permit is hidden from view and difficult to use. Money making scam

Fuming, my son, who is newly diagnosed with type 1 diabetes needed an emergency prescription, as for some reason his prescription hasn't been added to the NHS app yet. He has an exemption certificate as he needs his medication to stay alive, and will have to do for the rest of his life. The pharmacy has just charged him for the needles even though he has to have them and he is exempt, claiming that you can buy them over the counter. Wow that's an all time low!

If you want to feel bad about calling to see a doctor because you are ill then this is the place for you.If you enjoy rude receptionists, being told the doctor didn't call when you have a voice mail, can't find information, only being able to see a doctor by calling 111 then this surgery is perfect for you. This is the equivalent of visiting a Karen's Diner but sadly the service is real and there is no tasty food.

Find the staff to be extremely rude and Condescended. The practice manager, Hayley is very rude too not professional at all!! Would not recommend this place, even if you were dying because they won?t help you!
