The shop is packed with different styles of sports shoes , staff very helpful and always available for help.
The shop floor is clean considering the amount of people visiting every day. I have noticed the staff always reorganising the shoes boxes as people move them around and ofcourse they never put them back in the right order.
There also a good selection of football shoes .

Terrible customer service.
Staff walking around with their faces screwed up, huffing and puffing if you ask them if they have footwear in a certain size. Everyone likes a good deal but for the price of your sanity, just spend more money and go JD Sports.
I understand Sports Direct might not be the most enjoyable company to work for with 0hr contracts, low wages & unpaid breaks. Staff are not forced to work there though, if working in Sports Direct makes you that miserable, find a new job or go claim JSA. Why come to work and take your frustration out on everyone else.

Bought trainers for little boy and when went around all shop to get someone to check if they had 1 size smaller, oh boy found the worst only person who was able to help. Such a bad, ugly atitude young girl had i am wondering how people like this getting employed at all... anyways store usualy is understaffed or if there is 2people working on floor they would always run away if they see you coming towards them to ask for help...

To The manager that was on the morning his name is Carl,
(27th November?24): if you?re gonna criticise a colleague, don?t do it front of the customers and be aggressive towards them because they made a small mistake. And don?t rush the only girl that?s serving customers, and huff and puff at her because the queue is long when you could?ve easily jumped on and helped her out. You?re rude, you don?t deserve the staff. The two colleagues I interacted with were lovely, Thank you for the help!

You can buy stuff but don't expect any help from the staff.
Mirrors for looking at shoes are useless.
People on the till are normally friendly.

Absolutely no customer service.
Hardly any customers and yet - one can't find the sales assistants.... eventually when we decided to leave we saw a "flock" of them chatting in the corner, hiding from the eternal enemies - the customers. They should be fired, all of them.

Well, needing a specific type of trainers, I was curious to test the negative reviews and popped along this week. Sadly, I can confirm what has already been reported about the staff.
Extraordinary. No help or advice offered, no interest whatsoever. Despite there being only one other customer in the store, I was thoroughly ignored by every member of staff. A lovely security lady kindly radio-ed for one for me but even then, I didn't get advice, I barely got acknowledgement.
Having been ignored 5+ times, given no information, advice or "service" except from security and the payment desk, I docked them three stars. The other star I jettisoned for what looked suspiciously like racial profiling directed at another customer.

Absolutely rude staff, not sure how they were given the job. They clearly don't want to be there! It seems helping customers is the very last thing they want to do. Very unhelpful and frankly the lot of them are quite rude. Such as shame because the products are good value, that's why I go there. Now, I just know what to expect, at least they're consistent in delivering a very poor customer service each time we go there!

Impossible to get a refund
I ordered some trainers online and they send me the wrong ones plus they were way too small. I went to the shop to get a refund and they were very unhelpful. They refuse to refund them or give me a voucher. £23 I have to fight for, it?s absolutely ridiculous

Hopeless service, been waiting here for 10 minutes whilst members of staff play around with clothes and shoe racks. Ended up having to go to the till to get someone's attention, ridiculous

This shop has variety of sports wears from hair to foot and at good prices depending on your speck.I bought alot of sneakers here.
