Appalled by the service here. Was served by such a rude lady who had the worst attitude and actually ruined my day!
The lady with blonde hair and tattoos up her arms either needs a new job or training in customer service. There?s no reason to be that awfully rude to someone. Crack a smile!

This shop is a joke . People working there are unbelievable rude and disrespectful.
Subway inside the shop is never open . In general this place has to be shut immediately.

Came in at 2pm to post 3 parcels, once i got served the young girl said we are not taking anymore parcels. I asked why she said just look at all the parcels. I found her very rude and had an attitude. Had to drive to strood post office and they were really helpful.

Unbelieveable how rude and miserable the staff are that work here, Post Office constantly changing the hours it opens & even then there isnt always anyone available to serve you, all the staff (apart from the young ginger bloke) need to take a course in customer service

Most of Staff are so miserable and rude no customer service skills at all ,not all customers are rude so no need to be either maybe some of the staff need to go on a customer service refresh coarse.

Probably one of the nicest Spars around. Post office hours are quite long, even on Sundays and that?s really convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful and it?s a lot easier to get help from them that it is at the local Co-op.

Rude team manager. Abrupt. Staff look miserable and depressed. I'm assuming this is because of the manager. I'd quit if I were under her. Think the owner needs to set up a mandatory customer service training.

The post office working time is from 8 am to 8 pm. It is written outside of the DOOR! In 4 pm the staff say that is closed. We was early the same day, they say after one hour because of some stupid reasson. Lazy bastards..

Management absolute joke!!! The way she treats her staff is very unprofessional I?ve seen it as a customer on numerous occasions I wonder how many people keep there job working for this lady!!!

I nipped into Spar just for a meal deal on my lunch break and was served by a lovely young man called Taylor. The door was broken and he held it open for me and was very courteous. I look forward returning and receiving this kind of service again. :)

All staff that we dealt with were insanely rude. The shop counter and post office staff were abrupt, nasty and spiteful. No respect for customers at all. Not helpful in the slightest and instead called us idiots when we were leaving the store.
