These should never own a shop. The to English ladies are so rude. They have no customer service skills. Id actually give 0 stars if i could also the shop is way overpriced. Hopefully they sell up and new owners can take it further and make it nicer Go elsewhere.

I had to brave the weather this morning and use the Post Office counter to post a package. This was my first visit to this Post Office, what a brilliant service it was. The very helpful post lady completed the transaction with ease. I took the opportunity to browse the shop which is well laid out and immaculately clean. After purchasing a couple of packets I left knowing I would use this shop again. Well done to all the staff and especially the Post Office lady.

Visited today on my way to work to be confronted by a member off staff accusing me of being a thief I told him I wait and to get the cctv up but he couldn't and was told manager would be in tomorrow at 1 so I will be back at your shop at 1 tomorrow I'm fuming bad service definitely won't be using no more

Sadly Unsatisfied with my service today I normally receive good service by kind staff however today the lady was so rude not to even greet or acknowledge me . Very bad customer service

It has a lot of stuff but is extremely expensive, would recommend going to a coop a couple mins up the road and left.

I walked to the spar in Rochester in the bad weather and I brought some shopping and I wanted 2 loafs but the lady said you can only have one loaf per person and I told her that I needed 2 loads as my daughter has diabetes and she like bread and the lady did not say nothing like she didn't even care be warned customers that is a bad spar shop !!!updated this shop is the most expensive to sell then other shops ripped off greedy staff selling expensive prices.

I walk up to this shop very regularly from Rochester High Street, mainly to buy their lovely flavoured water. The staff are polite and helpful and I have only not given five stars as I believe the shop opens at 07.00 in the week and it still shows their old opening time online!

Same here! Staff were so rude! I enquired about the post office side of the shop and was met with contempt and unfriendliness, like I should have known that the post office was permanently closed. For the record, I very rarely complaint about a shop!

This is a handy shop as nearby but the staff are SO UNFRIENDLY! I dont think I've ever been in a shop where the staff so obviously hate their job, it really shows
