The Medway Inn is a traditional family bar and restaurant, located close to the river Medway in the beautiful North Kent Downs, between Maidstone and Rochester.
The pub was built in the 1860's and catered for the thirsty cement workers and quarry men who then lived in the village. Those days are now gone, and the cement works are a distant memory, but the pub remains an important focal point in the community.
The bar offers a great selection of real ales, beers, wines, cocktails and fine spirits.
Lunch is available Monday to Saturday from 12 noon to 3pm and Sunday Lunch between 12 noon and 4pm. Bar snacks and artisan coffees are available from 12 noon throughout the week.
Ruby's Indian restaurant opens from 6pm 7 days a week.
