Ordered over the telephone and the young lady was very polite. I had dietary requirements and she was very helpful. We ordered a large Hawaiian and garlic bread. Both arrived within 30 minutes of ordering and was hot and delicious! Always love Pizza Hut, not disappointed!

Ordered the party meal deal and one extra cookie dough with ice cream, using Uber Eats.
Order turned up missing one pizza, cookie dough with the party pack was chocolate and not white chocolate, and the extra cookie dough was not the white chocolate and caramel one, and was missing the ice cream.
I called the shop and they placed all responsibility on the Uber driver, claiming he must of stolen it!
My husband witnessed the Uber drivers bag being empty when he left our order. I asked the guy at Pizza Hut how uber was responsible for the incorrect cookie doughs and he advised he would discuss it with his chef, offering no solution.
I called the Uber driver and he confirmed that he delivered everything Pizza Hut had given him and it wasn?t the first time they?d accused the Uber drivers of losing/ stealing items.
I called the Rochester store back and spoke to the same guy, explaining that the fault was with their store. He then said, ?I can assure you, I supervised the order and it left us correct.? I emphasised that it couldn?t be the case as the drivers bag was empty after delivering our order, plus they messed up with the cookie doughs. He responded with ?Well, I can assure you that the order left us correctly!?
Rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. We will never use this store again. In fact, I?d think twice about visiting any Pizza Huts from now on. There are plenty of much better alternatives out there.
Uber thankfully was a lot more helpful and refunded us the difference.
Reading some of the other reviews, it makes me wonder if Pizza Hut, Rochester are running a scam, claiming to send completed orders out, but knowing full well that Uber will help with refunds for missing items!

ordered on line and mistakenly ordered wrong pizza...rang them within 60 seconds of placing order to be told it can't be changed as they have already cooked it! Have now been waiting 30 minutes for delivery of the pizza.

Rubbish service! Staff didn't have a clue twice now I've been there, Rubbish customer service. Very slow.
Ordered on the phone for collection 20 minutes before arriving as sadly they don't deliver to my house,
When arrived I paid for my order man walked away and 10 minutes later gave me my pizza which was sitting there infront of him the whole time..... also refused to let me use my blue light discount qr code told me its online only when leaving and looking at my app its in store only so he just couldn't be bothered think staff need more training here on how to deal with customers. Waiting so long.... not impressed.. my favourite pizzas to.

Pizza is always wet with grease, slices are obscure and pizza dough tasted raw.
Nothing is ever rectified; I even added the following time that can I have it done a bit more and I still got it the same way.
I remember when pizza hut was the place for pizza, now it's just another franchise money machine.

Ordered the New Yorker margarita pizza for £23.99 for delivery which promised lots of mozzarella. What turned up was brown, bland, cheeseless and tasteless. For the first time ever I binned a pizza.
I contacted customer services who refuse point blank to refund me. Instead offering first a £25 voucher, then a £30 voucher. I explained repeatedly I do not want vouchers. I want my £23.99 refunded. Had Pizza Hut dealt with my complaint correctly they would have kept me as a customer. I have eaten in their restaurants and online, (the former for over 30 years) but they have lost my custom now. Wish I could upload photos to show what I paid for and what I actually got.

If you're looking for an unforgettable pizza experience, look no further than Pizza Hut in Rochester! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome, and the atmosphere was just perfect for a laid-back, delicious meal.
The pizza? Absolutely phenomenal. Whether you?re a fan of the classics or like to experiment with toppings, they?ve got it all covered. We ordered a mix of their signature stuffed crust and thin base pizzas, and every single bite was perfection. The crust was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. And let?s not forget their mouth-watering garlic bread ? hands down the best we?ve ever had!
What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure everything was just right throughout our meal. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, our order came out quickly, and everything was piping hot. It?s clear the team at Pizza Hut Rochester knows how to keep things running smoothly.
To top it off, the meal was great value for money, especially considering the portion sizes. We left full, satisfied, and already planning our next visit.
If you love pizza, amazing service, and a great atmosphere, Pizza Hut Rochester is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Placed an order via uber, an hour two hours later we received someone else's order stone cold.We rung them up...all the shift manager could say was the right order was sent out because he took a photo.
Delivery driver was clueless when we told him it isn't right and said to speak to pizza hut. Pizza hut said to speak to uber and hung up.

I was working in the area and really fancied a pizza from Pizza Hut. The place was clean and staff were welcoming. The pizza tasted great and will be coming back here for lunch again soon.

It was the best pizza I have ever had last night from Pizza Hut in Rochester. The dough was so nice. The toppings were delicious. The chicken strips, they were very nice and arrived very quickly.

Every time I order from this place, they mess up the order and take a long time to make the order. This time received burnt pizza and missing items. I complained to them and they can?t replace your order if you?re a Deliveroo customer. Shocking customer service and no quality control. Would not recommend ordering from here.
