Honestly I love there Showroom of cars, customer service is top notch??..They make sure your fully satisfied and always willing to help if there's any problems. There's something for everyone in there Showroom. I like going there so much that Ieven have them service, MOT and help me maintain any fixtures needed to my car. Anyone that buys from them will be more than happy to trade and get something else from them?

I have been thoroughly impressed by the customer service fro the Team at Performance Paddock .I would highly recommend them as they have really taken into account any concerns I have had had and been fully supportive in rectifying any issues.This type of attention to the customer experience and the quality of the vehicle I purchased is the reason for rating them A1+++ them you Sherif and Mark.

I purchased an RS6 from these guys today and to say I?m over the moon with the whole process is an understatement.The car was presented beautifully, no hidden tricks or agenda?s. Everything I was told would be done was done, everything about how the car was described was honest and accurate.During the process the owner came and introduced himself, wished us all the best with the car, ran us through what had been done to it, the onsite detailer was also really chatty and helpful, I can honestly say this has been the most incredible car buying experience I?ve had.The salesman that sold me the car took the time to talk us through the warranty and the paperwork properly, made us drinks.The site its self was incredibly clean and modern, the storage system for the cars was so impressive!This whole experience has been 11 out of 10, the honesty & integrity this team is working with incredible.I implore you, if they?ve got a car you?re thinking about, do yourself a favour and choose it from Performance Paddock.

I purchased my Mustang GT from Performance Paddock in December over the Christmas period. Mark and Brandon made the whole process very relaxed and worry-free. Any very minor "asks" of mine about the car were dealt with without any fuss, and they are clearly knowledgeable guys. There was a lot of exciting and varied vehicles in stock, and their new showroom is a very interesting place that is easy to access straight off the M2 or M20. The speed and nature of communication was always very professional throughout, and the car was prepared to a very high standard without being "over-prepared", and I am a very happy customer!

I have bought a number of cars through the years. This has been the most positive experience which compels me to write this review. Clearly Performance Paddock knows their stock. Often car dealers will say they do but dont. And this extends to the mechanics and sales person. Both the owner and his team were very polite which is a quality that is hard to find in dealers. Accommodating and very professional. They know their clients too and have a robust PDI process as well as handover making you feel special with unveiling and clean delivery. Very through and honest. I paid more for exchanging a vehicle with worn pads but the way this was handled was sublime with honesty and care. Furthermore, for potential clients you should know standards are high and you can buy with confidence. Despite it being the end of the day, I did not feel rushed. I felt respected and want to encourage you to do business with this firm in future.

Brilliant service right from the initial phone enquiry. Mark and Lewis were knowledgeable and helpful and made the buying process very easy. Slight issue with flaking lacquer on 2 of the wheels but very easily sorted to my satisfaction, which was reassuring. Genuinely a dealer I could recommend to anyone, I?d certainly come back in the future.
