They never answer the phone!!! I have spent hours ringing to find out about my prescription, but no one ever answer the phone, I have even rang them as I was walking in the pharmacy, no one was doing anything, there was no customers/patients in the pharmacy at the time and the staff was just standing around talking to each... read full comment

I rang 5 times. No answer!! I would assume that their call completion rate is abysmal. I assume with a captive audience there is no incentive to improve the business.
