Terrible Property Management Company, I've been under their poor care since July 2022 it's now Jan 2023 cannot wait to get out of this property! I?ve been waiting since the 19th Jan for my boiler to be fixed, it stopped working again on the 27th after they did another bogde it fix on the 19th, but never came back to complete the full repair and now will not attend again to fix it.... Don't bother getting them to look after your property you will go through tenants because of their poor customer service!Edit. Funny as I?m still one of your active tenants as of October 2023!

I would highly recommend Paramount Sales and lettings. Jay and Lauren have been truly amazing throughout my 4 years, they really do go above and beyond for you and nothing is ever too much trouble. They are professional, lovely people. Thank you so much for taking all the stress out of my last few weeks.

This property management is a joke. I pay them a management fee to look after my property on my behalf, but as a landlord I end up dealing with everything instead. One of my tenants said they were approached to move to one of Jay's private properties when I was chasing to ask them when the repairs can be done and not through Paramount. Very disappointing and disgusting service. Beware landlords and tenants. I would give zero stars if there was an option to.

Having been steered to Paramount Lettings for a recent tenant find service, I would be more than happy to subsequently recommend. The service was handled very professionally and in line with my desired requirements. The client filtering worked well and the communications were excellent throughout. A complete waste of time this company are! Promise appointments and telling you people will turn up to the property to fix things and they never do! Living in an absolute dive of a place and an area. This Lettings agency is a complete joke! Avoid at all costs!

As a young professional with a full time job and a business, a perfect credit rating & never missed rent I find that in the modern day it should be easier to arrange to view a property rather than being told ?we?ll call you if you?re successful for a viewing? . I mean, it?s a viewing not a job interview. Luckily, not all agents have this sort of a strange practice whereby they make you feel like it?s a competition. I will gladly make all my rent payments to an agent that does not judge off irrelevant information.

God help you if you live near one of their properties.I have the misfortune to live next to a residential building the services team uses for dumping trash. PIP has stationed tips in the car park and throughout the day, their vans pull up and unload trash. Workers will slam the large metal doors on the tips, leave large objects like mattresses out to fester for months, and generally make little attempt to be respectful of the community in which they are working.At one point there was a row of broken refrigerators and a stack of mattresses collected by the tips for several months that were only cleared away once the council was involved. I've been woken up as early as 6am by the slamming of metal doors and heard it as late as 9:30 in the evening, seven days a week.The tips are exchanged on a weekly basis causing significant noise. As it is a residential car park surrounded by family homes, the location is not set up for industrial use like that.My neighbours and I have tried contacting the company but have yet to receive a response. We've tried speaking to the workers and we're lucky to get any acknowledgement at all but often requesting their consideration seems to lead to retaliation. The level of disrespect these people have is unbelievable.If you plan to do business with PIP, please be aware of how they treat the communities in which they work.

I commissioned Paramount Lettings to find a tenant and manage my property. As a new landlord with lots of commitment and inexperience, I needed a letting agent that would simplify the process, secure a tenant quickly and take the reigns completely. Paramount completely exceeded expectations in all areas, ie, professionalism, price point and efficiency. Jay and Lauren made me feel like the only client they had and took the time to help me to understand everything I needed to know. I must admit this was a pleasant surprise as I had used a previous letting company the year before and the service standards in nowhere near Paramount's. I wish I had used Paramount from the get go. I am hoping that for as long as I have my property they will be my go to estate agent.

Last year we looked at getting back into letting and picked Paramount to manage the process based simply on good reviews. The advice before putting the house on the market was spot on and quickly resulted in a let and had us prepared ready as Landlords. The professional management service from Jay's team has continued and any maintenance issues swiftly addressed, whilst keeping us well informed.....perfect. We fully recommend Paramount Lettings and happy to give them five stars.

I?m so pleased I decided to instruct Jay and his team to sell our house. They provided such a personal service, constantly kept me updated with progress, generated numerous offers and provided their recommendations. When the sale fell through to the original buyer, Paramount put it back on the market and gave the sale just as much energy and attention as the first time round. They liaised with the solicitors, buyer and buyer?s mortgage broker to ensure a swift sale (in 6 weeks from acceptance of the offer). Couldn?t have asked for a better service, would highly recommend.
