I've been with nationwide well over 20 years. They've always been a great building society and I'll never leave them. They've now done one better with the fairer share money. Had it since they started it couple of years ago. Well done nationwide. As for the strood branch, great customer service

Wonderful staff.
They are, however, clearly up against it now they are the only bank on the high street.
I, like so many others, have come over from NatWest and I?m clearly not alone.
Nationwide need to recognise this and update their Store / Staff situation accordingly to be able to provide this extra footfall with the fantastic service we?ve come to expect.

I have been a Nationwide customer for over 30 years.I should have written a 5* review years ago ...... better late than......In the last couple of weeks, I have needed face to face help with account concerns . The staff here at the Strood branch are WONDERFUL - polite, friendly, accommodating, and professional to the MAX.It turned out both concerns were of my creation not the NWs, but despite this, the staff involved were superb.Sometimes an onscreen chatbot or telephone call centre is NOT what is needed, but a friendly face on a person who wants to help you IS!Thanks again.Btw If the NW needs a face for an advertising campaign, then I'm your man.

Nationwide Strood have the best staff, so helpful, I was in earlier today, a lovely lady( I forgot to get her name) helped me open a new online account, she was patient and helpful, thank you from a very satisfied customer

Nice and easy transaction but bit of a wait due to lack of staff.Putting money in so nice and quick once it was my turn.Friendly staff.Nice neutral location.Plenty parking in Aldi car park.

I choose my time to go to this Building Society as it is always busy. So left it until after lunch, when I arrived there was two people being served and one in the queue. I was standing there for 30 minutes. Absolute joke. One of the assistants was going through in fine detail of ISA?s. Come on people! Make an appointment, sort out your system. By the time I left there was 8 people waiting, all rolling their eyes. Definitely moving my account to a more efficient BS.

Small store with just two cashiers, so queues build up quickly, however the lovely bank manager was on hand to help and advise that the ATM outside can accept checks. Nice to see some diversity in Medway too ?

On the phone for 57 minutes before an answerNeeded to find out why I can't transfer some money to my normal bank account without resorting to using a Card Reader that I don't have.Girl on the phone was completely not listening to me so eventually I had to very rudely expressed my frustration had to hang up. Well done nationwide for not listening to what i want , not what you want
