I have been getting my nails done by Nail Glamour for over a year now and they have never disappointed. They have the best customer service, they?re fast and their nails last. Most importantly they look amazing. Definitely recommend!

Such a shame as this salon is close to my home, but always in a rush, man is very rude and pulls and snaps at me each time I went. Acrylics super thick so ask them to do them thinner if that bothers you

Amazing I just moved out of my area and decided to go to this nail salon I love the music and energy. They did my feet beautifully I suffer from really dry skin and they didn't judge me or laugh. Honestly will go here again love it

Really disappointed with this place..My nails do look good but whatever they use is cheap as everytime at least one snaps for no reason, ive not had this before with other salonsThey constantly get the bookings wrong so im left sat there being ignored.If you book a repair they don't acknowledge it and leave you waiting. I do not expect to be waiting half an hour for a simple repair cos they use poor quality materialsI wont be back

Most of the time I been at Nail Glamour every one are very friendly, professional at what they do and every time offering a drink(except today :). But sometimes you can get very unlucky, the lady keeps answering phone while doing nails, gets interrupted by other colleagues discussing something and you end up just waiting halfway through. If today it was my first time there I don?t think I ever comeback, so sometimes you just need to give another chance :) also the owner need to hire receptionist to answer the phone and takes payments, its unfair for employees and customers. Recently I noticed that towels very dirty looks very unhygienically.Other than that Im very happy customer :)

I've been having builder gel nails done at Nail Glamour for a few months now and I am obsessed. Every time has been great, and the result has been immaculate. Yes, they take bookings during manicures. And they are quite straight with the customers (in my case I was asked to stop watching because I was tensing my hands up and making it difficult for the nailtechnician - he was perfectly polite about it, it's not like he insulted me). My nails are quite weak so the nail tech builds up layers of gel to even out the nail surface. Last week he repaired a broken nail without resorting to acrylic tips - just glue and gel. I work a pretty hands-on job, and my nails last around 3.5 weeks before succumbing to any damage. I really rate Nail Glamour, and it's worth checking out their socials (Nail Glamour Rochester) for pictures of their work.

nails did look nice but atmosphere was bad, two nail techs had a heated argument over my nails and in the end i had to change my design. my hand was thrown down in anger mid argument and tbh was just quite awkward i just sat there feeling confused and anxious
