I was introduced to Matt Jones a few years ago and he has always been straight talking with most things, including property. When we was ready to sell up on our home from the last 20 years. There was only one agent to go with. When others tell you what you want to hear to get your business. Moxy tell you exactly like it is. The conversation about the price of our house was difficult. But it was an honest appraisal and we were prepared to follow their judgement We knew from the word go, that it was a difficult market. We were prepared for a drawn out sale. Moxy produced some fantastic photos of our house and kept their promise and only allowed vetted people through the door. They showcased our house with staff that actually knew about the house and the local area. They demonstrated complete professionalism throughout, even when we showed our frustration at the slow selling market Today, we completed and the whole team celebrated with us.
