The staff at this shop went above and beyond when my child had a seizure in the shop. I honestly cannot thank them enough for the help we received. Unbelievable service. Leigh and the other two ladies were amazing. Thank you so much

Big offer on shoulder of lamb, in fridge by entrance. Discounted £ / KG. But the individual packs in fridge not marked down. At the checkout item scanned at original price. So had to go to customer service (tobacco counter) for it to be checked and eventually get back £4. How many customers had been overcharged before I noticed and brought to their attention??!!

Their staff are the most un trained work equality and diversity act 2010. There is something strange in this town and people work in Morrison racism and discrimination is obvious. Everyone I go to buy my Cooke chicken the lady gets nasty sarcastic and ignoring me claiming she is doing something else. Well if you busy and no one is there to give me my chicken then why we can not collect them ourselves and go? They empower her so she serves white English and act rude with us and it happens many times. Recently I asked her to give me chicken and she said she is doing something in the kitchen which is wrong enough. But I said fine I?ll wait but then she served white English men and looked at me after saying she needs to finish something in the kitchen. I said I have work to go back to, you could give me this piece of chicken will not take anytime and go back to what you doing but she laughed and ignored me.Very rude discriminatory un civilised attitude. You don?t feel professionalism in this place or welcomed. I understand education level might be very low but being decent tolerant and respectful does not need education. It needs normal civilised human being.

Rude staff, no trolleys anywhere to be seen.. I even asked security if he could see any.. he couldn't either. I asked a staff member as a basket wouldn't be big enough.Staff member told me I should look around in car park myself...rude...

It was lunchtime, the cafe was nowhere near full. There were no clean mugs, the teapots definitely need a good clean/descale and then there is only one hot water/coffee machine in working order. Speaking to others in the queue the machines have been out of order for many months?!? It's not expensive but surely one should expect a decent service?

They have done some redecorating of the shop floor at this branch recently. It is easier to see what to buy in the cooked food section. The home section is at the back end of the shop floor. The redecorating has made it look a lot nicer. There is ample parking and probably the biggest grocery store in the Strood area. Aside from that, it is just another typical Morrisons store.

Today I was made to feel welcome and honored to have served in the British Armed forces as Morrisons in Strood carried on an old tradition and made everyone do a 2 minute silence for those that sacrificed their lives for our tomorrow.Thank you, heres to many more traditions.

Big store but no consistency in product lines, also if you want something really rare and unusual like water, you'll be needing to go somewhere else. It seems to me like this place is purely a dumping ground for the closer to London stores.So you get what you're given. If you prefer to be served by a human then this place is not for you.

Morrisons in Strood was nice and tidy, they had most things I wanted, everything looked organised and they were helpful in getting some security based stuff done because some plastic bags were too light, before putting stuff into the bag.
