Just don't go in the morning, as local businesses, like Speedy and others think it's their personal petrol station. Will block up all the pumps with vehicles, while driving back and forth colleagues, or just simply over take you while you are waiting.Staff are always lovely and great. Convenient and easy enough to just pop in. Shame about Strood traffic.

Signage could be a bit better, as it is unclear where exactly the entrance is. Once you are in, it is fine.

This is 3 stars. Sadly, as the car wash, do it yourself is hardly ever working. The drive-in car wash is usually working, though.Other than this, they sell camping gas bottles.The hoover works well, and the tyre inflator works also.Unsure if they supply water for screewash refilling or water container filling.Food in the petrol station is decent. But may as well use the actual store itself. Ideal for a sandwich or loaf of bread on the way home.Staff, as always, are fabulous.

Ok but car wash self seve kiosk not working

Got confused with pump payment labelling. Drove around to be sure then when I finally chose to pay at pump, I didn't understand instructions. In the end I created so many cancelled receipts. In frustration went into kiosk for help. Cashier then informed me I cld pay w her and tht there is a tiny sign on pump screen for pay in kiosk. Got home and discovered card had pending payments. Am now praying monies are not taken from my account. I never pay at pump and regret trying it so much.
