Food as you would expect but poor service and rude incompetent staff. Half of the order was missing so had to ask for it. Happy meal had activity book instead of a toy that we selected, when asked about it there was no apology instead the staff almost yelled: ?that?s all we have? and walked off. Will not be coming back and would not recommend to anyone

One of the worst customer service in all McDonalds ever. I spent two days in the hotel in front of it and ordered 3 times , twice the wrong order was served and all three times the staff a.e talking and ignoring all customers though they can see the burgers/ other items are ready in front of them, also they keep marking orders as ready for collection just to meet the standards. I would blame the manager/ management for this attitude and not caring about customer service and right orders to be served

Decided to order mcdonalds for lunch but when someone checked to see if it was us the reciept clearly showed the wrong number plate.When I explained about this she told me (with an attitude) that the computer system was down however it was written in pen.Eventually when the food arrived it turned out to be cold and before we could say anything she had stormed off.

Took 30 mins to come and Get 6 NUGGETS AND THATS ALL. Nuggets cold and soggy. I don't how my nuggets were soggy!
