Staff very rude and un helpful

This has to be the slowest McDonalds in the UK. A regular meal takes 25mins just to be prepared for you. They also leave the drinks out on the side while they are preparing your food. So when you receive your meal 25mins later your milkshake is all melted. Whole point of fast food is it's meant to be fast. With these lot you can go home, cook dinner and wash the dishes before they have prepared your meal.

Self service machines not printing orders, which staff were aware of, orders severely delayed.
They only seen interested in supplying the likes of just eat, not interested in customers in house who are just left standing waiting

Mcdonalds commercial road, well done you messed up again. Order food and it all turns up minus my food of all people. Wasnt tampered by driver either. Went down and they told me there is nothing they can do about it. Contact uber and yes they refunded me, but out of a £8.49 meal they refunded me £5.09 because i got my drink....so your telling me a drink is now.£4.40. What a joke Mcdonalds, complete rip off.

If I could give a minus rating I would. Absolute joke of a mcdonald's. Terribly slow, cold food, they forgot our order, useless staff, the list goes on. Don't waste your time.

Enjoyed ordering a kids meal and the burger meal. Staff are nice and helpful. Atmosphere friendly and kids love it.

Staff no longer follow procedure waited over 10mins for a coffee.
Disgraceful, by the time I was given my coffee it was cold!
Member of staff rude, manager was rude and not willing to listen.
I will be following up with a complaint to head office!

Restaurant was nice and clean when I visited.it was late so it was quiet, my food was cooked to order so was very good.
This branch has table service and food can be ordered on the touch screens, you can order at the counter if you prefer.
I used the toilets and the male toilet was clean.
This branch is all on the ground floor.
It has a time limited free to use car park.
There is a drive through.

Bad service at drive thru asked for 3 hamburgers they put 32 hamburgers workers at drive thru are rude and dont know how to do there job had to bring in another worker and still didnt get it right
