Utter rubbish - they can never get you the food on the drive thru, end up having to park up waiting for food and in my last 5 visits, they got my order right only once. Staff are clearly overworked, poor management is visible, just an unpleasant experience here.

Best drive-thru in Medway
- Never forget dips, and always ask if you haven?t already
- Good customer service
- Never had to return due to missing items or food quality issues
Burgers are actually assembled nicely, unlike the slapped together ones the other local branches are selling.

i went to this mcdonald?s and they took up to 30 minutes to give me my order and i saw them only start to pack it after 20 minutes. they also scattered the chips all over my bag and it was a mess

I'd recommend if you're using the drive through, don't bother. You always have to park up to wait for food that's barely warm.

Would give this McDonald's 0 stars if possible.
This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been too.
They are so busy serving delivery drivers that anyone else gets forgotten.As for the 1 counter server every move he made was a visible effort.
I ordered 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks and waited 40 minutes then still had to remind the go slow server he had not given me the drinks...
If your looking for fast food I would definitely give this one a miss.

Ordered breakfast on Uber well before it finished and drivers kept cancelling when they got to the restaurant so drove to the restaurant myself to find out what was going on. They said that they had asked the drivers to contact me because they didn?t have any breakfast rolls so I needed to change my order but no one had contacted me, they just kept assigning new drivers. The thing is I didn?t order any breakfast roll so this all could have been avoided if they?d bothered to read my order properly.
