I recently sold a flat while I was abroad so the entire process was completed by emails. After the initial meeting the firm agreed to act as a keyholder until the completion day. I had concerns of being abroad with the property being empty but the flat was well looked after throughout. I would like to thank Cindie for her professionalism and prompt communication. Highly recommended.

Have sold two properties through Martin and Co Medway and would definitely recommend them. Cindie took the time to find out about the property and the prospective buyers and kept me informed of all offers and buyer position. The after sales service was excellent and all queries were answered promptly and they kept in touch regularly with all parties, including their recommended solicitor Amanda Rose, who I would also recommend.

We have just purchased a property in Rochester which was sold by Martin & Co. I would highly recommend their professional and friendly service. We dealt mainly with Cindie, who bent over backwards to respond quickly to all our requests and accommodate our requirements.
