Very happy with the service handling my sale, they did exactly what they said they would and as quoted. The communication was even better than expected. Special thanks to Anne who kept things on track regularly dealing with myself, the buyer and our solicitors to try and get things completed as quickly as possible.

We used Shannon's services to get us a mortgage as first time buyers, had been through 5 other brokers who couldn't get us nearly as much as Shannon did, she is truly amazing!!! She goes above and beyond and even 2 months after we've moved in she's still touching base to make sure we're OK, couldn't get better service if she tried!!The estate agents are also super friendly, had a few viewings with mann and they were on time, polite and knowledgeable! Great service all round.

Mann told us that we could get our keys on the 27th of June - we waited all day for them to call, eventually we ended up calling them for an update and were told they couldn?t find the key. We then got a call from another branch and the man told us to hurry up because he had another appointment. Very rude and unprofessional service.We had a prior bad experience with this company when a lady told us not to waste their time because she didn?t believe we could afford a property. I don?t know how they hire people but their customer service is shocking!

Gazumped! Firstly turned up to the agreed viewing and waited 10mins to a no show from the estate agent. Had to call to get them to turn up.Liked the place put an offer in, had to call several times over several days to get an answer on our offer, each time pressured into a mortgage appointment with one of their brokers despite already having our mortgage arranged.Then finally when our offer was accepted had a call a few days later from the estate agent to say it was now rejected as another offer had come in which the buyer had preffered to go with. Increased the offer to pretty much asking price and still rejected. Worst agents we have experienced as buyers!

Definitely highly recommend this Estate Agent for first time buyers as I was one and very confused but all my questions were answered and easy to get hold my broker, Dylan was very friendly and very good at his job. April 2022:We met with Dylan back in November 2021 and didn?t have a clue where to start with looking for a house. By the end of that first meeting we had our AIP and felt we finally understood the process. We looked for a while and just didn?t find the perfect house until March 2022 when our offer was accepted. We got back in touch with Dylan who was more than happy to help us process our mortgage and this was accepted a week and a half later! He was there to answer all of my emails and reassure my worries even when I probably seemed like a lunatic with some of my questions ! Cannot thank Dylan enough for helping us get our dream home!

We did initially have a mortgage broker but after speaking to Dylan he made speaking to him like a he was our friend.
