Excellent customer service at Kwik Fit Strood. Staff are very helpful and polite. I had two front tyres fitted and my tracking adjusted. Everything was explained and discussed with me before work commenced. Work was completed efficiently and in good time. I am a satisfied customer and will definitely use this branch again in future.

After hitting a deep pothole, our front left wheel was bulging. We noticed this on Sunday morning. Despite being extraordinarily busy they fitted us in and sorted the wheel out for us on the day. The chap who arranged it for us was so helpful and friendly. So impressed. Thank you.
