I am totally done with KFC Strood. Yet again another incorrect order when home. Missing food. Every time I go into this place and get take away the order is wrong. Got home and kids (11 year old and 9 year old) food missing.
You MUST check your food before leaving.
Will NEVER go back.
Too many mistakes. Rubbish !!!!!!! Useless.

Rude staff, food not ready despite their display saying it was. On questioning why KFC are giving wrong information staff claim it's not wrong the food is ready just not finished cooking. If KFC are monitoring the screens by area maybe this branch is trying to game the system. Or maybe they just pressed the wrong button but can't say sorry it's a mistake but have to get rude. By the time the last item was ready packed fries were cold

I do not know what has happened to this KFC, but last nights take away order will be the last. The chicken tasted awful. It was most likely cooked in well used oil. Sadly had to bin most of the meal.

Last time coming to this store. Horrible, old and burnt hot wings, no seasoning on the chips (costs less than pennies), my zinger was very firm, I don't think it was "technically" raw but was basically that, very unpleasant. Also no salsa on the zinger anymore? Lame. Very depressing place to sit in and eat.

Parking: May be difficult to find a parking space when it's busy, and getting off the estate can be slow.

This is my closest KFC so visit here a fair amount and it amazes me that on occasions it seems to be occupied more as a youth wing than an eat in fast food establishment. Kids upstairs just sitting there eating food they purchased from a newsagents chugging away on vapes, rubbish left on tables. *edit* someone has just come up and cleaned the tables so I retract that.

Not had KFC this year(had rivals) and I know remember why, cold food, half a portion of soggy chips, warm flat drink. Back to morleys or something similar but far better

In Strood, kent, you?ll get quick service and, most importantly, exactly what you?re after.
The customer service is spot on, and it?d be unfair not to give a shoutout to Sharana from the team. She?s brilliant?really knows her stuff when it comes to the products and promotions. Plus, she actually listens to what you need.
Top marks, Ayasha! Keep it up. I?ll definitely pop by again if I?m in the area.
