Fantastic dry cleaners!
Mandy is a lovely kind lady who makes sure everything is to a high standard. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Mandy has been my dry cleaner for years.
Angela is the most fantastic seamstress, an incredibly talented lady. She has done all sorts of alterations and amendments for me over the years. Cannot recommend enough!

Great customer service, was able to drop my suit off and pick it up the same day, a lovely clean with lovely staff. 10/10, would 100% recommend.

Used twice, let down twice. Won't give them the chance to let me down a third time.
First timew was to have trousers altered which was over what is considered a decent price and also a waiting time of 2 weeks. Returned after two weeks to be told they hadnt been done. No goodwill just told come back again in a few days.
I let thatr pass as i received them just in time for the reason they were needed.
Second time to use as parcel pick up, upon arrival i am told i needed photo id to collect a parcel worth a few pounds which hadnt been described as a requirement across any comuunication received.
not stellar customer service.

Thank you to the wonderful lady in the Rochester Kent store who does the alterations. She is beyond a star, and did an amazing job on altering my daughter's wedding dress. She went above and beyond, fitting in the alterations for my daughter for her wedding on 03/10/24. The dress fitted perfectly and you wouldn't know there were any alterations made. Thank you for fitting her in before your holiday, again I can't thank you enough for making her feel so very special xXx

Very happy with the service provided by Mandy. Mandy iron steamed my dress, it was finished within an hour, and it came out looking brand new. My Auntie and I were also very touched by Mandy?s kindness and empathy towards the meaning behind my dress.
I highly recommend Johnson?s dry cleaning, Rochester.

Went to get my shoes cleaned (they?ve been trough a lot) got very helpful and honest info on how they will come out.
The shoes were ready after 2 days and came out better than I expected they would

Rachel and Ang are knowledgeable, speedy, and incredibly kind.My fiancé's suit started bubbling 1 hour before a wedding we needed to attend so we walked into their store looking for last minute help.Even with the short notice they were able to fix the problem. Highly disappointed with this service... I paid £215 for my wedding dress, shoes and veil to be cleaned. I have had my items returned today, after waiting 6 and a half weeks. Over double the time that they state on their website with no contact from them what-so-ever. I had to chase them to ensure my items had in fact arrived! My shoes look no cleaner then when I sent them and my dress still has stains.They provided a note within the boxes stating that 'not even professional cleaning can get rid of all stains'. Given the money I have paid, this feels like a very poor excuse.Plus, the overall lack of costumer service, really unimpressed and would NOT recommend.
