Very friendly staff. Proud of their hotel and services. Lovely breakfast, you could tell the morning chef took pride in his work. Everyone said hello!

Friendly and polite staff, as a member I took part in a spin the wheel game at reception and won a free drink!! Fab start to my night away! The evening meal was delicious we all enjoyed our meal very much and the waitress was very accommodating.

The gentleman cooking breakfast was full of joy and kindness.Found piece of glass on the floor in my room, which didn't make me feel comfortable or safe to walk without shoes. Had funny noises coming from shower drainage during and some time after shower.Staff was overall friendly. Mixed experience.

The layout of the hotel is nonsensical, you have to walk all the way around rather than there being a shorter route via or next to the conference centre, the room keys kept demagnetising, had that issue 3 times, the wifi internet connection was dreadful at best, and the isolation on the windows was so bad that even with them fully shut you could feel the breeze and hear the surroundings, the slowest bar staff ever at London prices, dreadful experience

Rooms a little small and although the people are amazing they do need to update

Typical Holiday Inn Hotel, with Gym and swimming pool. Rooms are becoming old, but still valid. No laundry service, that is not acceptable on business trip.

I have changed my stars. Due to the fact I was doing one of there staff members off at work. I also helped their staff member to pick them up too. I have been fined £100 waiting to pick up the staff member up.Holiday Inn does not value there staff if there charge their rides £100 fines meet for them. This is important information to tell their staff that the car park is not free. Where were the signs as I did not see any? This is a message to everyone who has cars and want to support there friends and family.Holiday Inn is meant to be a family friendly place to stay at. But Holiday Inn is more and just a building. The company is alive with good, happy staff. The welfare of the staff reflects on the service to the customers. If you are a prospective staff member sort out with the Holidays In about transportation. This could make or break your whether you want to work there. There is a bus stop apart from that a car is going to be needed. As a customer can you afford £100 per day parking fines? Ask the questions about parking when you book your stay. This hotel is no where near the Rochester, Chatham sight seeing site or attractions. So if a car is needed do the research. If you are a kind person wanting to do a friend a favor. Don't! It will cost you.I will say this on the positive note if you are supporting a staff member in working there. Give the Parkingeye parking charge notice to the member of staff and Holiday Inn will sort it. I got two fines for dropping off the staff member. The Location is by an air field. It is near a retail park so you can get a kfc if you want hot food and tones of snacks.Even though it is on a busy road there are places to walk.

Fantastic! A great price, great room, swimming pool, jacuzzi sauna and very child friendly! The restaurant has delicious dishes for not much money. Be sure to try the pork chops! It is located half an hour beyond Canterbury and is ideal for traveling to London.

Stayed here as a necessity to be near family for personal reasons. We stayed in a premier room, so we paid a bit extra. The room was a nice size, but it was quite chilly, and the thermostat could not be adjusted. There was a leak in the shower . So water on the bathroom floor. The TV did not work in the morning. Lost connection. We did report these problems when we checked out. The receptionist did apologise .Food & drinks: We had dinner and drinks in the restaurant in the evening. The food was OK but we were very hungry as not eaten all day. So anything would have been good. The bar /restaurant is a bit pricey. We didn't have breakfast. It wasn't included in the price of the room. I was surprised as I was charged £115 for the room..

Amazing experience. Greeted by professional warm staff who gave easy directions to my room. Room was nice and warm with a clear view of the air field. Nice pleasant stay would come again.

Really poor and overpriced hotel. The restaurant was pretty good for an evening meal but after this the rest of the experience was pretty dreadful. Slow receptionist who overcharged for breakfast and struggled to remove it from the bill. The room (212) was awful... Poo stained towel hung up on the rack, spider webs on the ceiling, dust all over the TV and desk, broken lamp, hanging hook on back of bathroom door had fallen off, bottom of bathroom door hacked with a saw, shower had no pressure at all. Terrible stay in all honesty.
