This place is a joke it is understaffed and underfunded the place need to be renewed its such a dull environment even with all the lights and barriers up the building looks closed and abandoned when driving or walking past staff are polite majority of the time. I truly believe that this pharmacy should be shut down before it gets any worse

Arranged appointment for covid jab.Turned ip on time.I was told that they didn't have any vacci.ne but would have in a coupe of days when I could try walking in.I explained that I had appointment expecting that vaccine was reserved but it wasn't.Was told they have nothing to do with appointments and that it's all down to head office.What a joke !!!

Absolutely furious with this chemist. Ordered my usual medicine and they gave me wrong item. Then trying to tell me it's the doctors fault. Admit I should of checked my item before leaving but I was in such a rush I checked when I got home. But I shouldn't have to check the right prescription should of been checked there end. So now have to pay for an item I didn't even order

Covidba flu vaccination, very efficient and relatively comfortable. The Pharmacy itself seemed a little underfunded shall we say and there was quite queue with only a few members of staff, but that may have been reflective of lunch breaks.

Placed a repeat prescription order in 8 days ago was told to collect today, to turn up and find it was not even filled , had to wait for someone to fill my prescription ..each time I go things are getting worse and staff are idling about doing nothing, as it was I had to go in because after a wk of constantly trying to get through on the phone I had to go in person,as they are allergic to answer the phone.

Having been a local resident for 25 years, using Hobbs for both prescriptions and other pharmaceutical requirements it gives me no pleasure to say this.The ONE star is not for a good service, it's for the worst service I have ever received from any pharmacy let alone Hobbs, over the last couple of years the service has been somewhat wanting however the last few weeks has sink the service to an all time low.Losing prescriptions, emails, not answering the phone, pharmacist not turning up to issue prescriptions, staff that are not qualified to sell the products on the shelves, the list goes on.At 2pm, after lunch opening we were told they cannot give us our prescriptions as the pharmacist would be 10 to 20 minutes late, at 2:40 as more customers were coming on the excuse was the pharmacist would be 10 minutes, are these people worthy of the continued support of the local community, to me, no, I for one will be using Gun lane, and yes I am aware that not using Hobbs will be a wrench for many.

Total incompetence. Can't get prescriptions right, waiting ages for a simple prescription. Excuse after excuse. Pharmacist can't even get back from lunch on time. Avoid them at all costs, go somewhere else.

I have used this pharmacy for the last 5 years. They have had their ups and downs, but in the last few months they have become shambolic! They don't answer phones, they don't know where prescriptions are. Even though they are right in front of them... Literally under their noses! You put a repeat prescription in and 3.5 weeks and 4 attempts to collect its not ready. Staff are rude and instead of being understanding an apologetic they are argumentative. Absolute joke of a team who do not know what they're doing.

I have used this pharmacy for over 6 tears now. It's only across the road, BUT. although my experiences have been very up and down, the present system just isn't working. They need a new, stronger pharmacist or at least mature staff that have an idea of what they are doing. They have had pharmacists and staff that knew who you are and had your meds on the counter before you even got there. Now you have to wait a considerable time or go away and hope you dont have to queue again to be told its STILL not ready.

This pharmacy use to be really really good and understanding but it has gone down hill loads over a 2 houre waite it was carnage in there this evening there's always new faces and they don't seem to know what there doing it really needs to be sorted out as it's people's lives at the end of the day and I'm not one to right negative reviews I feel the service is very poor and unprofessional really needs people who know what there doing instead it's like a worlwind and when you suffer with anxiety it doesn't help

I have used wells rd chemist for many years and i feel this chemist has gone diwn hill no one picks up the phone. You ring for ages still no o e answers.. when u do order repeat perscription its over a 3 days but never get the correct amount of tablets then have to go back up to pick them up. Not a happy customer ?

It's good to get meds but I wish there sort the flickering light, as its really bad as I'm usually there for my seizures med, don't want to sit there and have a seizure!

This used to be a good chemist, sorry to say that it now has the worst customer service I have come across. Prescriptions not ready and they are saying that they can't deliver. My prescription should have been ready on a Thursday. On Monday it still wasn't there
Now I have no option but to change chemist and in-between I do not have my meds.
