This used to be a good chemist, sorry to say that it now has the worst customer service I have come across. Prescriptions not ready and they are saying that they can't deliver. My prescription should have been ready on a Thursday. On Monday it still wasn't there

This place is a joke it is understaffed and underfunded the place need to be renewed its such a dull environment even with all the lights and barriers up the building looks closed and abandoned when driving or walking past staff are polite majority of the time. Arranged appointment for covid jab.Turned ip on time.I was told that they didn't have any vacci.ne but would have in a coupe of days when I could try walking in.I explained that I had appointment expecting that vaccine was reserved but it wasn't.Was told they have nothing to do with appointments and that it's all down... read full comment
