Great pharmacy, I have used its services for a number of years. Really like the refit, much more open and better range of products on the shelves. Couldn?t recommend it enough!

Refusing to deliver insulin prescription to a disabled customer who cannot walk well. 2 miles walk from my house to the pharmacy in Higham. Has delivered the insulin for 7 years and now stopped. Left me with no insulin for two weeks causing me to become seriously ill. Rude staff on the phone who don't give a stuff.

I don't know why this pharmacy has received bad reviews - everyone is always so pleasant and so helpful. Would recommend to everyone.

Excellent pharmacy the staff really get to know you as a patient who has repeat prescriptions. They always remember you and make an effort to greet you when you come in each time which is really nice. They aren't my closest one now but I still use them because the service is so good.

Have twice gone to collect my husbands prescription only to find it is missing off the shelf and they had to dispense the items again and then today gave the wrong prescribed medication with incorrect labelling and when challenged the assistant told me it was the same drug ! I told her it wasn't and she retorated that it did the same thing! Petrol and diesel do the same thing but you wouldn't want to put the wrong one in your car ! The duty pharmacist did not even look up while this discourse took place.
