I will never go to Halfords again.
I went in for a free suspension check because I noticed a knocking sound on the passenger side when driving over bumps. After their inspection, they told me:

Very friendly and professional. We were the first job of the day and the tyres we had changed was done in a very prompt manner. After collecting the car we noticed a rubbing noise when we pulled away so we went straight back to the garage and they took it back on the ramp straight away to rectify the issue at no extra cost...

Went to a Air Con Diagnostic paid service and had to leave the car at Halfords Autocentre Strood. After about 4 hours received a call to call collect the car. They said that I have to replace the condenser as it is leaking and got a quote to buy the new condenser which is none refundable £ 561.42 and to do the repair will...
