From the point of choosing Haart Medway as our agents to agreeing a sale with a buyer only took about 2 weeks! Great speed and service. After agreeing the sale Olivia Barguss was assigned as our move manager and was particularly responsive and helpful keeping things moving when we faced challenges around exchange of contracts.

Although there was a bit of a mixup with the original property I planned to see being wrongly listed online, Larissa was assigned to show me around another property and more than made up for that mishap. She listened to my needs and was patient with every question I had as a first time renter - detailing different deposit options, how they would give guidance on setting up bills and council tax, as well as how the income threshold is calculated. Highly professional and thoughtful, I would greatly recommend her services!

This review is for maintenence services from haart. Was a bit hard to find the number to call, but once I found it Ryan answered immediately and was extremely helpful. Our boiler was leaking water and he managed to get someone to come out and fix it in 4 hours on a Saturday afternoon! Thank you,Ryan, saved us from extended trouble and our landlady's property from water damage.
