10/10 if I could rate it higher I would.This is the place you want to be if you want to dramatically improve the quality of your life. High level coaching techniques that will get you FIT and give you the skills to defend yourself/compete at which ever level you push yourself to.Fantastic place

Inside this picturesque church built in 1078 we are working on fitness, martial arts/self defense and confidence building, aimed at the local community
The main focus is Muay Thai, Wrestling, NoGi Brazilian jiu-jitsu, mixed martial arts *MMA and western boxing
We checkmat affiliated with black belts teaching the grappling classes.
The striking is taught by a full professional in Muay Thai and K1 kickboxing with plenty of high level fight experience *myself
Working with complete beginners all the way to full professional competitors
It' a very enjoyable industry and makes humans better versions of themselves
