Usually gorj is my go to place for anything beauty related but today i had a really bad experience. First the service felt rushed. I got a full leg and hollywood wax, and have multiple bruising around my body from the wax (even bruises in my intimate area). I?ve had many waxes before and this has never happened before so fair to say i?m extremely disappointed. Although the staff were very nice as always, being left with bruising is not nice. The job was clearly rushed because i got home and had to rewax my legs myself. I do appreciate that legs are a long area to work with but i am paying for a service that im not getting. The eyebrow threading however was great I love how the girls always know how to work with difficult eyebrow shapes like mine. Think im gonna try find another place now.

Went into gorj today for the first time in ages and their revamp is beautiful! So clean, tidy and inviting, throughout the whole salon.
I had an eyebrow wax and I was in and out within 5 minutes. They were so polite and have honestly done an amazing job. No wax or redness over my face which I usually have from other salons
Really recommend, will definitely be back xx

I have been using Gorg since it opened, using many of their services, from threading, facials, massage, skin tag removal and my nails.
Every single lady there is lovely and they offer a great service at very reasonable price.
It is a real treat to be pampered, and I always come away happy! Well done ladies

Lovely modern decor. Ladies are welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately there's been a couple times where I was rushed. Also I think they need to get a little up to date with the modern styles. I asked for an ombre look tint and thread. I was rushed to take off the tint and also my eyebrows were left extremely thin and uneven.

I have been having laser with Hannah in their Strood branch for 7 months now and cannot recommend enough! I have had laser previously in the South West and London, but have never had the service that Hannah provides. I used to have to shave everyday and I had hundreds of hairs and now I only shave the few hairs I have every other week. I have no doubt that I?ll be hair free by the time my course has ended. Not only is the laser very effective, but Hannah is such a lovely bubbly person that I always leave happy.

They do a wonderful job, my daughter and I had a facial it was very relaxing lovely experience, would definitely recommend and go again, my daughter always has her eyebrows done there they do a fantastic job

Loved my wax today with Hannah very professional and knowledgeable on different services. Welcoming and friendly as intimate waxes can be embarrassing. Looking forward to coming again!

The women are nice but when my 12 year old daughter comes to get her eyebrows wax the same lady always cuts her. This is the 2nd time. I couldn't understand how she ended up with cuts near her eyebrows. The shop wasn't even busy where she was rushing. Which is such a shame.

She done my Enzyme Facial, and did my full body wax and made me feel so relaxed and calm.
I was super nervous getting treatments done but she made feel at such ease.
Will definitely be booking Hannah again and again and looking forward to doing my Full Body Laser :)))
