Pizza from the Strood branch given me and my partner food poisoning twice. The first time my partner threw up the night after eating dominoes. We thought it might have been a coincidence so brushed it off. Tonight we ordered again after a couple of months and after feeling the same way my partner has been throwing up a second time. This time I've also felt very unwell and nauseous. This has not happened when we've ordered from other branches so it isn't an allergy or reaction to any of the ingredients. Makes me worried about the hygiene quality at the restaurant. Are they not cooking things properly or using out of date ingredients? Won't be ordering from here again.

We?ve just received our pizza, cheesy wedges and chicken strips? we won?t be ordering again.
The pizza was dry and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. It was hot when it arrived but not tasty at all.
The chicken and wedges both looked anemic and definitely needed a bit longer. They didn?t get eaten?
Really disappointed?

Food tastes great. the pizza raps are small and not worth the money the tandoori chicken one was not good at all! The pepperoni one was good. But that are to small for the money. You could go to your corner shop and get more for your money

Order quite regularly from Strood, pricey but you can't beat a domino's pizza.Last night's delivery took longer than normal and was a bit crushed when it was delivered. whilst it didn't affect the flavour maybe ask your drivers not to sit on them ? ?

Added a couple of toppings on my pizza but wanted to leave one side plain so my son could have a couple of slices, was told we can?t do this, even though it would be in their favour less toppings less work for them & saving them money, but refused to do, great customer service will order else we?re in future. Shame they stopped doing the half and half

I?ve just got my order from a delivery driver called Toby and he has been extremely helpful and polite. My house is in a hard to find location and he was amazing and got my food here like it just came out of the oven !!! ?

Food is always nice however I?ve had a few instances where there have been multiple missing food items upon delivery

Just ordered and the website changed the address and this is not the first time this as happened. System is bugged in Hoo area as when I?ve put in the address on the system it?s been correct and after I place the order it goes up or down an address number. From other dominoes locations delivery is perfectly okay it is just the Strood location that has problems with their ordering system. Would recommend going to other locations for delivery or just collect from Strood but probably best to avoid the Strood branch. This is disappointing that this has happened on more than one occasion with the Strood branch but not with others!
