We were so pleased we came here, lovely tiles and bathrooms. After telling our bathroom fitters the weekend before they were going to start, we now wanted tiles. They recommend this business. We found exactly what we wanted, all in stock to take away and in a sale too. We also found Very helpful staff and a lovely family fun business. We were there for 3 hours looking at everything. Customer service was second to none. An unhappy person came in and they handled it beautifully. It was so relieving, we did not have to go to 10 other shops to get what we needed. We are getting our tiles here again. We are looking forward to doing our porch and downstairs areas using this firm again. We highly recommend this business.

Hi, really helpful service and delivery. Would definitely recommend and use again. My bathroom refit is a bit delayed but I will post pictures once the tiles are down. Really pleased with them - they look gorgeous.

I was trying to find a stockist of some glass mosaic tiles which needed to be replaced after 10 years and came across Decoramic who could source such tiles. Great service, including very good and secure packaging and friendly and efficient comms. Very pleased.

I ordered some tiles which were unavailable on the Isle of Wight. An incredibly helpful guy called Chris Norman sourced the stock that I required and arranged for delivery from Kent to the Isle of Wight. All done very quickly as well. Great service!

Really fantastic service. Amazingly quick delivery. Helped me design my own new Victorian path to specific dimensions. It looks amazing and my builder was very grateful for all the fitting advice they sent. Would highly recommend.

Whilst the tiles were of quality and a good price, we were undone by their returns policy. We were recommended to order early as it wasn't known how long the tiles might take to come in. But this starts the clock on returns. By the time our bathroom was finished it was to late to return unopened boxes. Only order 2 weeks in advance at the most.

I was an online customer and Chris at Decoramic couldn?t have been more helpful in giving advice and sourcing other options. Communication was always prompt and even with delivery to Scotland prices for well known brand tiles were cheaper than elsewhere. I would definitely use Decoramic again.

Loved this place. Super helpful and easy to deal with. They let me return tiles and get different ones when they didn't suit. Helped me choose by moving the tiles around and comparing. Nothing was too much trouble even though I was indecisive. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
