Disgusting customer service. Not willing to change a £10 note for change (in any way possible) looked at me like dirt and was so rude. Will never go in here ever again. Disgusting. Her attitude was that bad hence the rant. Shocking 1pm and apparently ?no money? in the till.

An excellent shop to top up on essentials but you have to be quite selective to ensure bargains. The car park is an absolute nightmare to get in and out of though. Compounded by food delivery lorries blocking main access and egress. Awful design and enough to put people off driving there.

A staff member was unkind when I made a mistake at the self-check out. I'd been up all night with my child and just popped into the shop to get some calpol. I accidently put my scanned shopping on the basket side. When I pressed the button for assistance because the scales couldn't pick up an item weight the staff member told me my error with a bit of a tone. Fair enough, a silly mistake. Due to the Calpol I waited patiently for the staff member to confirm I was over 18/challenge 25. A kind lady queuing said that I had been waiting for assitance when she was called over. The staff member said "Again?!?" in an attempt to shame me and make me feel a burden.
I know you were busy, I know you were probably having a bad day but so was I. A little compassion goes a long way.
For balance I have had many good experiences at the shop with staff.
