Convenient and good prices, a few of the staff can be rude. I had a very sore throat and said thank you but as I was walking to the exit the woman shouted "THANK YOU!" and shook her head at the next customer.

I'm a coop member and intended to present my card at time of paying but as I was chatting with cashier, I was distracted and forgot thereby losing my points for £36 petrol.With Coop, if one doesn't inform cashier that you have or present loyalty card, points cannot be added later. I think this is unfair. With so many things in one's head, loyalty card is the last thing you think of. Also cashiers should, like other stores do, ask, remind customers. I've often lost points.

This is the only petrol station that had air pressure working for inflating tyres and happy staff.

Carwash to avoid, brushes are not even touching windows or panels. Jet wash is always in such a mess, all muddy around and slippery. And this is not an isolated incident as I forget to avoid this carwash and comeback once every year.

Located off the upnor roundabout and had links to A289. The dockside outlet is not too far off from this coop . They had a modern stylish look to It.As you walk you are greeted by a chocolate on sale, flowers on the right everyday meals on sale on the right. For a small shop they are reasonably spread out the aisles. The lay out is simple to follow. They are a reasonable petrol stations to pump and go. There is also a cash machine available.The staff well dressed and represented the company in a professional manner.

This place is the worst. You get 5 sausage rolls in a 6 pack, pay peanuts get monkeys. The staff all chat when serving you and scan your items and leave them out of reach for you to collect and take. They also break the law daily when they make motorbike riders remove their helmets. Avoid at all costs
