I don?t normally write anything on these reviews but I?ve got to say today
The staff went above and boyind for me
I?m a lady that suffers with bipolar anxiety etc I go about my day and bother no one but today I dropped a whole bottle of milk in the store and it exploded everywhere
I panicked and shouted out the ladies were so very kind helping me fill calm and safe
So I?d like to say Thankyou my day was ok

Lovely current staff but an old employee (works in next corner store), the old employee assaulted me as she didn't like me reminding her of the time a caught her trying to steal my money off my card . The co op staff there are nice now but did zero to help while watching me being assaulted. But mostly a nice store.

It's an ok Co-op, but the freezer food could have been a bit better when I went 4 weeks ago. The freezer had barely anything in it, and the prices were quite high for a small co-op, but it's an ok shop to go to if you need to get a few bits.

They can?t break £20 note. Very poor customer service from Marc the manager, who wasn?t able to explain why they didn?t have a change. I can?t see such a shops to last too long, considering growing network of independent shops around who cares about their customers more

Overpriced. The Co-op are a huge company and have massive buying power but this is not reflected in their prices. Stores are understaffed and grubby. I use them when I have no other option.
It annoys me that you have to be a member of pay higher prices on certain products

Completly disappointed with them , they have different price on shelves and if you dont notice they sold you with the different price , be careful always take you recepi .

Fraudulent store, charging for items that haven?t been delivered. I have pictures and a security cameras all over the property showing the driver arriving with only 5 items instead of 6. This is not a store to be shopping at unless you want to be robbed of your money. Absolutely crooks!

Be very careful look at your Receipt as they overcharge you some of the Staff are not paying attention to what they're doing .

Incompetent sailors train enough especially for work with the pay point they cost me 70 pounds because they can't Top-Up electricity and charge me for sugar

Friendly staff. Temporary issue with products. Free withdrawal cash machine inside. Fresh own baking some around 7AM.
