Turned up to drop off 5 bags of good clothing. The girl at the counter was on her phone, most unhelpful and unwelcoming. Didn't offer any encouragement at all. And didn't say "Thank You". I'll be finding another charity for my donations in future.

First time donating several quality toys that our children wanted to donate. Male staff member was rude and made me feel like I was donating a load of rubbish. Wish I had donated to another shop on the high street or even sold the toys as most people do these days.
