Ordered my glasses on 23.06.25 heard nothing.... phoned up strood line went to general enquires but was told to collect 7th 8th july, still no call, no email, no text, phoned up again and it was being refurbished with our glasses sitting in the back room!!! ITZELT from strood branch took my order and never bothered to contact me. Just spoke to chatham branch and my glasses were ready on 1st July, ITZELT never told me about this and I have just gone down to strood and they are in refurbishment!!!! so now spoken to David at Chatham branch he said he MAY be able to get my glasses if hes allowed in! Absolutely gutted first ever purchase with boots optician and wished I stayed with spec savers!! Totally appalled by this company, I am waiting from a call back from DAvid who was very helpful at chatham, fingers crossed I can get the glasses I bought, although I now have to take a day off of work to collect them, this purchase has cost me a lot of money, check the reviews on this branch I wish I had.

Whilst obtaining an emergency prescription for my Father,who had suffered multiple strokes,I was berated for not dialling 111 to sort it out...Thanks Boots,really helpful.

Lovely, lovely staff here. They always go above and beyond the call of duty to provide an excellent service, even when they are under pressure. They are all professional, knowledgeable and such nice people.They are also providing free blood pressure tests at the moment and a free document explaining your result. I highly recommend this service. No appointment necessary. Just walk in and ask for a free blood pressure check. It could save your life.

Wow... a well organised, properly run chemist with knowledgeable and personable staff who are on the ball and actually seem to give a damn about their customers. I thought they phased places like this out back in the 80s. Really very, very, very good.

I visited strood branch Mon 16th for some face cream and helped by Tracey to look for the cream it wasn't there so it was ordered for me to collect so I went back in Wednesday to collect the cream I was impressed Tracey remembered me she was so nice and friendly it's nice to receive such good service that you don't see much off anymore.Many thanks Rosemary ?
