Ordered my glasses on 23.06.25 heard nothing.... phoned up strood line went to general enquires but was told to collect 7th 8th july, still no call, no email, no text, phoned up again and it was being refurbished with our glasses sitting in the back room!!! ITZELT from strood branch took my order and never bothered to contact... read full comment
