Argos in Strood.
A Huge car park with free parking.
Went straight in and bought what I needed and was out within ten minutes.
Only 3 people queuing.
No issues, in and out.
Store was clean and tidy and plenty of Screens to use to browse.
The Staff was friendly and a nice atmosphere inside the store.
Recommended.

I had an exceptional experience at Argos thanks to Hasina, who went above and beyond to assist me. From the moment I approached the counter, she greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and a calm, reassuring presence. It was clear she truly cared about helping customers, not just doing her job.

Unfortunately my product came to me faulty. I rang up Argos instantly they answer amazing customer service and managed to send me my product back brand-new and working. I want to give a special shout out to a lady called Joanna who gave me exquisite customer service was extremely polite, and I will be a regular customer. Amazing work team !

'We operate a Think 25 policy, please be prepared to show proof of age'
I understand this policy however, I don't think it's appropriate to use this as an excuse to not give adults items when they are clearly over 25. I am 29 years old and I've been turned away for a Harry Potter game that I picked up to get for my brother... sorry but it's ridiculous. It's not alcohol, it's not X rated. It's Harry Potter.

I ordered a dog bed which my partner collected, without leaving the store he then returned the product to order a larger one. The refund wasn't processed and I'm now having to chase this almost 2 months later!!! They won't pick up the phone so I'm going to have to waste my fuel to go back to a store for their incompetence.

The car park was very busy with a queue out to the road but I did not have time wait for too long. Staff were helpful and got my order straight away. The box to one of the items was damaged but the staff pointed this out and the contents were fine. Do assistance offered to lift the items back to the car.

After I purchased thousands of £ from Argos over the years, considering what happened with my last order I promised them and I am keeping my promise: never again and I mean Argos as a company ??. I cancelled my Argos card and shut down my account, will be taking my £ elsewhere

Had an issue with an expensive item I purchased only a couple of days ago. Three ladies in store were an amazing help and really friendly. Ashley, Tia and Ramzy. The store is lucky to have such lovely, helpful staff!
