If I could give zero stars I would - had a so called foot reflexology for 1 hour - have had many previously at other places - had to ask if she was USING a brush !! She said no but it just felt like a nail scraping around my foot and after another 15 minutes of discomfort and no pressure points being worked on I said I?d had enough . The girl was then quite surly and questioned if I?d had a foot reflexology before . I?m not only a qualified remedial masseuse I have had many many reflexology foot massages by experienced people and had benefit and enjoyment from all so far except this one . My husband had already paid but they offered no discount or refund . At reception the girl asked if I?d enjoyed the treatment and I said no . She said she?d pass that on without asking details . Seriously I don?t know how they run a business like this .

Just had my eye lashes done with Sadie, a super job, lovely person, very professional and amazing head and arms massage ? thank you so much...just what I needed! It was a little cold - could have done with a blanket but the appointment was 5* Will definitely go back.

I had an amazing pedicure here last Sunday. From the minute I walked in I felt completely at ease. I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist and she then walked me to the pedicure room.
I was looked after by the lovely Loretta, she was very professional, friendly and we had a lovely chat. Loretta did a relaxing pedicure for me, a good exfoliation, moisturise and neat gel polish. My feet are now smooth and summer ready. Thanks Loretta!

Sadly last time I'll be going there for a massage. 3 stars are purely for Jenny, as she's a great massage therapist, I would give 5 stars for her alone. Otherwise, whilst the decor is nice and they have a relaxation room, which is a nice touch, the other massage therapists just aren't up to par with their massage skills. Everyone is lovely and polite but you really have to communicate to the other therapists what you want. Every time I've been there as well, it's been absolutely freezing! I was told the beds are apparently heated, maybe it's just the large rooms and old building but it's just so, so cold! I suggested they put in heated blankets to lay on top of like their competitors do but who knows whether they'll take note of the feedback.
Other places in Medway seem to all provide the hot towels after treatment to get the oils off but not at Amazing Space, which seems strange given the premium prices they charge.
I'm honestly so disappointed with the fact that out of all massages, only 2 have been really nice and as I've mentioned, both with Jenny.
I was really looking forward to my treatments at Amazing Space but I'm sorry to say this is the end of the line, I'm definitely going elsewhere in future. :( ?

I recently was gifted a voucher for my birthday for an Elemis facial. On arrival the lady on the desk was very cheery and made me feel instantly at ease. I relaxed in the relaxation room before a lovely lady called Jane collected me for my facial. If I could give 10 stars I would, the facial was just what I needed, the room was lovely a warm, the spa was very clean and the atmosphere was so calming. Jane was an absolute diamond and so lovely (thank you) I will definitely be returning and would recommend both the spa and Jane to anyone.

My mother in law has had some wonderful treatments here; particularly the spa days. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the afternoon teas are also fantastic.

The most beautiful relaxing spa I have been to ,I had a facial and back massage I felt refreshed and relaxed after treatment .the staff were friendly and very professional especially becky . Relaxation room was warm and welcoming with tea and coffee on hand . I shall return

Fabulous reflexology session which left me feeling fantastic. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming as well as being very knowledgeable about the treatments available. Highly recommend.
