Needed my passenger door repairing and resprayed plus a couple of dents to my boot lid needed attention after a couple of laughable quotes from other body shops I visited altered image coachwork.They are professional and customer care and understanding was top notch....Quote was very very reasonable considering what was quoted to me from other body shops...handed car over on a Monday and picked up on the Friday.Couldn't of been happier with the finished article especially as the car is silver and very hard to blend in but they worked their magic and looks brand new.Thankyou to the team.. will definitely recommend them to anybody with their pride and joy...Cheers guysSpencer Pearce

Duncan and team deserve five Star for the service provided. Got another quotation from another local garage. Took them a few days to respond with the quote whereas Duncan responded in a few minutes and half of what the other garage was asking. From my previous experience I knew how much roughly it would cost me. Also, Duncan's team did the job in a few hours compared to the other garage asking for 2 days. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

I brought my car here after an unfortunate encounter with a skip that left my rear windscreen smashed and the boot door badly dented. After trying several businesses unsuccessfully I contacted Altered Image by email and had a positive reply within the hour. After a short conversation with Duncan we were booked in within the week to have the work completed. I can't over state how accomodating and helpful they were throughout the process. We use the car for work and they almost bent over backwards to fit us in quickly. The work was completed in a couple of days and the result was incredible! You would never know by looking at it the lack of skill I have at reversing or my blindness to things painted bright yellow. Naturally we braced ourselves for the premium price we expected to pay, but we were surprised how reasonable the cost was. They even sorted out the glazing which everyone else refused to do and the cost came in at a third of the price of autoglass! It goes without saying, the 5 stars were thoroughly deserved and this will be the first place I'll call or recommend to others.Services: Painting

Wow, where do I start? This is the best garage I have ever used!!! Not only was the overall service amazing, but the hidden touches which were included in the service, were really good as well! This included being given a courtesy car whilst my car was being worked on and all I had to pay was for the fuel! Additionally, when I did pick up the car I found out that the garage also had given it a professional clean as well!!!Service: Body & Trim
