Great experience with whole lettings team at Acorn, however particularly impressed with Harry the lettings manager and Katie Westbrook in the lettings team! they have guided me though letting out 4 properties, they all ways came back to me lightning fast and put up with me asking a lot of questions! Acorn achieved full asking price on 3 and over asking on 1 - I would highly recommend Acorn to anyone who was looking to rent a property as they make the whole process a breeze!

I had worst experience with acorn. They have no proper communication. We have rent a home in welling through the acorn agency. We have paid deposit and we have signed documents and she gave us a date of moving as well. Just before 3 hours of moving time she mailed and cancelled all documents and told us last minute that she can not give us property. And she didn't gave a genuine reason as well.We were almost going to be homeless. Some how we managed something.I just want to request them please don't do this with others.Please don't be heartless.

Can't recommend acorn enough! They were super helpful and friendly. Specifically Aysel was a huge help in finding our new home. She helped us overcome some seriously tough challenges other estate agents just weren't willing to help with. She went above and beyond for us. She is an absolute star and can't thank her enough!

This was the 2nd time for me using Acorn & yet again I was happy with the service I received. I wouldn't use anyone but Acorn. Every member of staff that I had dealings with were friendly & helpful.They really do go above & beyond to make a very stressful process easier. They are a fast working team though unfortunately when they're having to deal with other agents who do not operate as they do it becomes frustrating but they have no control over that. Thank you to Dan, Alesha, Jonathon & Remmi for guiding me through this process I really appreciate everything you did.

Recently had many interactions with Abbie at Acorn. Been going through the process of being a first time buyer and as we all know it?s very daunting.Abbie has been a continuous liaison for advice and viewings.So very polite and helpful and always a smiling face when viewing a property.
