Following an intensive 40-week construction phase led by WW Martin, Oscar Acoustics opened the doors to our state-of-the-art headquarters ? The Oscar Innovation Centre ? in May 2024.
Standing on a former cement works site in Medway Valley, Kent, the Oscar Innovation Centre spans over 16,000 sq ft and comprises 2 buildings. The first is a warehouse, office and show home for all our products, while the second is made up of six, individual two-story warehouses. The goal of the facility was not only to support our business growth through additional warehousing space, but also to showcase our SonaSpray acoustic product range in action.
WW Martin?s project management was superb throughout and they went above and beyond for us, also allowing us to integrate our acoustic finishes into their programme.
As a carbon-neutral business, sustainability is at the core of all our operations. We are very proud that the Oscar Innovation Centre has since been awarded the Green Plaque with an A+ EPC rating, defined by assessors as having achieved ?net zero CO2 emissions?.
WW Martin were a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend their services.

I passed by Kingsmead Leisure Centre and had few questions about the company services with Peter, the senior site manager. However, Steve, the assistant site manager has helped me in this matter and provided me with an excellent support. Thank you both.
