A small branch of a major supermarket. The stock is varied but obviously not as much as a large store. All the same, they still manage to have what I want. It's just a shame that for some time, they have not stocked the fresh, uncut wholemeal bread which is particularly good. Well-stocked meat and fish counters and a wide range of deli items.

As a coeliac the range is very good but not on fresh snacks. Today I was disappointed to not find any sandwiches! Also the one filling could do with updating

Miserable security guard likes to try and intimidate paying customers away, all for what? Perhaps because we don?t fit the bill of what a Waitrose customer should look like? I regularly shop at Waitrose but I will not be returning to any branch after this treatment. Obviously losing my custom won?t made a dent in Waitrose income but it?s principle. And I don?t get followed around in other supermarkets.

Checkout queues are now too long though!!!!!!! Don't expect this at Waitrose. Had to even put my shopping back as wasn't prepared to wait. Hope they get this sorted asap. Love the food and the staff however. And shop here on a very very regular basis ATM.
