Not happy with service. Got keys cut, didn't work so returned and got cut again. One set worked others still didn't! Was told I needed the original key, paid £27 for two out of four keys that worked!!

The heel on one of my shoes had unfortunately come off due to shoddy cobbling work by the manufacturer, and it was fairly uncomfortable to walk in. I visited Timpson on a whim to see if they could fix my shoe for a decent price.Ian (Timpson Staff) said he could my shoe easily with some glue and just nail the heel back on. He also informed me that he would make sure to do it on the other shoe as well just to make sure both shoes were even. To my surprise, he told me the work was free and to just return in 10-15 mins after doing some shopping etc.The shoes have been fixed to perfection and are even better than before, couldn't have had a more pleasant experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this Timpson.

Needed some very old photos enlarged and copied, not many places locally to choose from but Timpson does it. Great job and service from Joe, highly recommend.

Purchased some new laces, after asking what the right length would be. Got home and laced the first shoe up, only to find the laces were too short. Went back to exchange them and the guy refused point blank to do an exchange because "they've been opened so we can't sell them on." Poor customer service - bad advice + a refusal of a quite ordinary exchange of a product that was not fit for purpose due to the bad advice.
