A very pleasant experience today at The Works in Ramsgate. A lovely lady called Ally assisted me today, I have mobility issues, and Ally was happy to help me in every way. She helped me pick toys for my grandkids and even bagged them. She then bought the bag round to me to save me, having to stretch across the counter.... read full comment

We waited 45 minutes for a bowl of soup which is not really acceptable in this type of cafe. The soup was good once it arrived.
