Spent a lovely couple of hours sniffing all the amazing scents and browsing the clothes and accessories in this beautiful shop. Bought two gift sets one for my daughter and the other for my mum for Christmas!Beautifully wrapped and they loved the booklet which explained the perfumes and how they could review each scent against the other scents. They just need to choose one favourite for their vouchers, that?s the hard bit!

Bit of a con, a full size bottle costs £95, you can only redeem the voucher on the large bottles, which unfortunately I can?t afford. I have a very disappointed teen son.

Wow first time for me to order from your company . Came across you by accident , trusted your description of products , encouraged by your branding and website so went ahead and ordered your discovery sample box . I?m thrilled with your attentiveness , speed of delivery and mostly the presentation of your product . I?m experimenting with all your choice of fragrances. Just loving the whole experience. They advertise as long lasting. However after a couple of hours the smell fades! You only see positive feedback on Facebook because they delete honest reviews and comments to suit them. Then they stop you from commenting on their Facebook page so others fall for it. £90 for a full bottle that doesn't even last half a day when sprayed is a rip off.

I was given a gift set as a present and never used any of the smells as they all seemed to be overwhelming. One day I've sprayed Sicilia and fell in love I have my favourite since-De la mer and Sicilia! I've bought 2 fresh boxes sets as a gifts for my friends and they love it!

I had already ordered two discovery sets online, before visiting the store in Ramsgate on Saturday 30th Sept.The experience of being in store is a real sensory pleasure. The fragrances take centre stage. We enjoyed testing some on the paper strips and narrowed our favorites down to one each. Three of us all made purchases. The attention to detail on the presentation, gift wrapping and bags make this a luxury treat. We all received a paper voucher for £25 off future purchases.On Sunday 01st October we returned again to make more purchases!!I got a full size 100ml Rose Boheme and a Wood Discovery set.I will definitely be returning to the Ramsgate store. Lovely staff who are a delight to speak with and be served by. Special mention to the gentleman who served us on Sunday, be came across from the linked store with stock, he spent a lot of time talking with us, with no pressure to buy, sorry I did not get his name. I believe he is the creative person behind the making, developing, testing and launching the fragrances.Anyone who loves top quality fragrance, beautiful presentation and attention to detail, must visit the Saltworks Margate store.Colette

Have brought a jumper and perfume from this shop recently which I love. Went back again today with my friend as I raved about it. Tried on a chunky ring which I was trying with buying. Assistant said "don't bend the ring" I had literally just slipped it on my finger to see if it fit. No intention of bending it. Felt a bit embarrassed and also annoyed, I would never even think about doing that. Sale lost, also was going to buy candles for Xmas prezzies in the future. won't be now. 3 stars as I still love my perfume and jumper.

My wife ordered a box of mixed scents and I really liked the oud bizarre, she then ordered the 10ml bottle for me and I am not disappointed, it stays on all day and night and smells fantastic, a very happy husband. ?

Unfortunately, they never answer the phone, reply to emails or messages. Impossible to get hold of. As per my screenshots to you, I have tried 7 times to call and sent 2 messages via your website in the last week with a simple question. It took a bad review to get a response. I'm sorry, but I'm not prepared to take down my honest review, when I have been able to provide you with the evidence, despite your request to do so.
