As sea front pub it has a lot of potential, it's very limited, no food options and disappointed it closes at 7pm,

Usually, fairly quite. I didn't have any food, so i can't comment on that. I was served quickly by a friendly barmaid. There is inside or outside seating overlooking the boating marina. Beautiful views for a hot sunny day!
