With the new aisle layout it would have been good customer service to provide a printable new layout, in addition to having someone walk around with a Here To Help sign.

Whenever I come here and ask for a trolley, the store assistants always tell me to ask the security staff. Then the security person says that the person with the keys has gone home and they can?t do anything. Isn?t that ridiculous??

Well done to the lady who has to spend the day walking round the store trying to help shoppers find things. The store is clearly undergoing a refit, and things are moved around on a daily basis. I don?t know her name, but she has her hair in a short grey Bob, and isn?t very tall. She went out of her way to help several customers today- well done!

Was in the que today waiting at the customer service desk was shocked how the tall thin woman with light brownie hair was talking to the customer in front this store in normally a very friendly store the lady on the customer service desk let's the store down time was just after 4pm Monday 4th of March 2024

I have shopped here twice since Christmas and both times I have had to interact with staff members and I have to say they weren't just helpful , they were so approachable and friendly, I will be shopping here more often because of my experience with them, I wish I had taken their names.

Watch the 2 for a fiver offer, when you get to pay at the self checkout it is conveniently forgotten by AI in the favour of Tesco.. if we were to do the same it would be shoplifting.

Weekly delivery never came, said was a payment issue, they said someone had called to let us know, but no call or email, waited until 10pm just in case delivery was late, they now want extra £4 to deliver today. Payment showed as pending so no way of us knowing there was a problem.

We go regularly to Manston Road Tesco. We go there twice a week to the cafe for 'breakfast'. The staff are always friendly and inviting. The drinks and food are served in good time and hot as should be (or cold if you prefer of course) The cafe is always clean when we go there and there is generally plenty of room. We follow this up with a bit of shopping before going to get the bus back home.

Horrible place. If you go there after work at 5pm, there are usually no more than 2 cashiers open with queues half way down the aisles. They have those new self-service checkouts with a cashier hanging around to tell people how to use it(when it works). I am not employed there and shouldn't be doing cashiering duties - especially after a long day at work.
