The staffs were very friendly, patient and helpful. Totally satisfied with the eye test with the optician and also with the glasses I received. The moment I put them on, I noticed how clear the vision is. The design is light-weight and modern and sleek. It doesn't cause any pressure or discomfort on my face at all. Absolutely the glasses I am looking for.

Wanted glasses for driving, was sold glasses that wasn't fit for purpose. At no point was I advised the lenses I selected wasn't what was suitable and they kept changing them. What I was given were dangerous to use as everything was blurry. After two times I got a free upgrade to the proper ones but all they did was remade the original lenses and everyone in the store denied that offer was given. Got a refund. Poor service and duty of care as they wasn't really bothered of my needs. They could of refunded my eye test as a gesture of good will.
Was asked to DM them which I did but they are just ignoring me now.
